1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on your location within the UK.

UK Mainland

We utilize DPD Next Day Service to ensure your items arrive quickly and safely.

  • Standard Shipping: £4.99

  • Orders over £50: FREE

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1–2 Business Days

Other UK Regions

For the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, and Scottish Islands, we utilize Royal Mail or Evri depending on the product weight and specific location.

  • Shipping Cost: £4.99 (Flat Rate)

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 Business Days

2. Order Processing & Cut-off Times

  • Order Cut-off Time: 14:00 (GMT)

  • Handling Time: All orders placed before 14:00 on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00, or during weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched the following business day.

  • Business Days: Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the courier (DPD, Royal Mail, or Evri), you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your parcel's progress in real-time.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Delivery Issues & Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment in these instances.
