Return Window: 30 Days from delivery. Return Cost: £0.00 (FREE Returns).

Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, with the seal intact, and in its original packaging. * Health & Hygiene: Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns for any milk cartons that have been opened or tampered with after delivery.

  • Damaged or Faulty Items: If your order arrives damaged (e.g., leaking or crushed), please take a photo and contact us immediately for a full refund or replacement. You do not need to return damaged milk.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@specmilk24hrs.co.uk with your Order Number.

  2. We will provide a Prepaid Return Label via email.

  3. Drop the package at the designated courier point.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse (4B/2 Trefoil Way, Preston), we will notify you. Refunds are processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.
